HEALTHY eggs in MINI recipe

* Ingredients:
* 3/4 cup Egg White
* 1 Sweet Potato (peeled & diced)
* Olive Oil
* Seasoning ....Your choice, I prefer a little Turmeric for the color and health benefits, anti-inflammatory effects (Major role in heart disease, cancer, metabolic syndrome, Alzheimer's and various degenerative conditions) and a strong antioxidant.
Red Pepper...speeds up your Metabolism.
Whatever YOU prefer!

* Directions:
* Place peeled & diced sweet potato in MINI Casserole and drizzle with Olive Oil.
* Add lid to MINI and bake in Microwave for 2 minutes.
* Add 3/4 cup Egg Whites and seasoning.  Stir.
* Return lid and bake in microwave for an additional 2 minutes.

DELICIOUS and Healthy Breakfast or Lunch option with all the vitamins, nutrients, and protein you need to start your day!!

* Ingredients:
* Eggs (your choice how many)
* Fixins are up to you....ham, cooked sausage, cooked bacon, tomatoes, cheese, seasonings, onions, mushrooms, potatoes, Olive Oil, butter, Pam, etc.  Whatever YOU like in your eggs!

* Directions:
* Add eggs and fixins....
* Scramble & mix together.
* Microwave for 1 - 2 minutes depending on what you have put in there and how you like your eggs.

* Always use Olive Oil, butter, or Pam for easier clean up.

3, 2, 1 CAKE

* Ingredients:
* Any flavor Cake Mix
* Angel Food Cake Mix
* 2 T. of Water

* Directions:
* Mix two cake mixes together in storage container of huge ziplock baggie.
* Put 3 T. of the new cake mix in mug.
* Add 2 T. water
* Stir and microwave for one minute.

* to bake in MINI (Baby Bean pot), just DOUBLE....
* 6 T. of the new cake mix in MINI
* Add 4 T. of water
* Stir and microwave for one minute.

* Depending on which cake you made....serve with ice cream, Cool Whip, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar...get creative! :)

Baked Potatoes in Bean Pot AND in MINI

* Ingredients:
* White or Sweet Potato (LOTS of nutrients in Sweet Potato)

* Directions:
* In making just one....EASY!
* NO need to poke holes in your potato....just wash and put in MINI casserole (Baby Bean Pot).
* Add the lid and microwave for just 5 minutes....that's it....EASY Peesy!  You will LOVE doing this...
Excellent for lunch for yourself or an easy dinner.
* Add any fixins you like or enjoy plain.

Making more than one?
* Wash 8 - 10 small to medium size potatoes and place in your Magic Bean Pot.
* Add the lid and "bake" in microwave for just 13 minutes.
* Let sit WITH LID ON for another 5 minutes....squeeze gently to test for doneness.
* Top with your Favorite Optional ingredients.
* SOOOOO Simple and Easy to do!

* Optional ingredients...sour cream, bacon bits, chives, parsley, butter, salt & pepper, BLT mix, Ranch dressing, shredded pulled pork....whatever YOU like!!  :)

NO more Poking lets the moisture escape or wasting foil and heating the house for an hour or more!!

French Onion Soup

* Ingredients....
* 6 large Onions, chopped
* 1/2 cup Butter
* 6 cans (10 1/2 oz. EACH) Condensed Beef Broth, undiluted
* 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
* 3 Bay Leaves
* 10 slices (min.) of French Bread, toasted 
* Shredded Parmesan and Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

* Directions...
* In a large skillet (we do have THE BEST Sapphire Cookware :) .... ) ....
saute onions in butter until crisp.  Transfer to your Magic Bean Pot.
* Add the broth, sauce & leaves.
* Add lid and bake at 300 degrees for 3 - 4 hours or until onions are tender.
* Discard bay leaves.
* Ladle soup into your MINI casserole (Baby Beanpots).
* Top each with a slice of toast....sprinkle with desired amount of cheese.
* Place MINI's on Baking sheet.
* Broil for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is lightly golden.
* SUPER delicious and enjoyable on cold winter nights.

* Cut in half for just two of you.
* If out of bread...add Macaroni for a different twist.
* Provolone Cheese is Delish also....don't get hung up if missing an ingredient...try substitutions.  :)
* Have leftovers, thicken the soup with flour & cornstarch and make a gravy.
* Using croutons instead of bread may be easier to eat.
* Freeze the leftovers to enjoy later.
* If entertaining, bring this dish out while guests are waiting for the main course.

MINI Apple Pie's

* Ingredients:
* Two small biscuits
* Line your MINI casserole dish (Baby Bean Pot)
* Can of Apple Pie Filling
* Seasoning - cinnamon, sugar, vanilla.

* Directions:
* Line your MINI casserole dish with biscuit.
* Take filling and season with seasoning....cinnamon is your discretion, couple Tablespoons of Sugar, and a little vanilla.
* Pour the can into the biscuit dough.
* Take the other biscuit and make thin strips and place across the Apple Pie Filling mixture.
* Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 20 minutes (every oven is different) until light brown and serve with ice cream.
* Enough for two people to share.

* Enjoy warm with Vanilla Ice Cream
* Crescent rolls work just as well....use what you have on hand.
* ANY Pie Filling will work....experiment!!

Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies

* Ingredients:

* 1 box Fudge Brownie Mix
* 1 small bag of peanut butter chips
* Magic Bean Pot
* Ingredients on box....eggs, water, oil
* Vanilla Ice Cream (optional)

* Directions:
* Mix according to box IN Magic Bean Pot.  No need for a separate dish to dirty. Then add entire bag of chips into batter.
* Place lid on Bean Pot and Microwave 12-14 minutes.
* Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream
